I really like your statements. You used my re to give summary of your oppinions describing them with some anger. As I remember I wrote you to read my very sincere thanks to John Rich. If you read them you will know that I use the Qnect 2 interconnects. For your information they use one twisted pair to pass the signal (but they aren't real balanced interconnect).The twisted pair is very well immuned to outer electromagnetic fields. But QED don't stop here. They shield the conductors with milar foil and copper braiding with >85% coverage. The result is very quiet, insulated from interferance and great sounding ic (and it has very low price too). It isn't that important but I use twisted pairs for speaker cables too and they two are hard to interfere with outer magnetic fields.
If you still think that I criticise you I think you really don't have reasons at all. I also think that audiophile guys may learn things from your post .
