Who said you could offer opinions about WW resistors? Shouldn't be allowed, as we might all learn something from them!Better end caps, very cool idea. Now I gotta think up an application for those puppies...a 50 ohmer might do a nice job of swamping a Lowther driver...then there's that tweeter pad in the four driver Whamo...hmmm
My question - how do you allow for the cutting of the 18 ga. axial leads to fit a given circuit? Does cutting them shorter reduce the R value of a low R resistor a bit, or is 18ga. big enough that it's insignificant?
BTW we use Ohmite wirewounds in the Afterglow and Paraglow
