We are all different and have different amounts of money to spend....the poster was talking about Mundorf caps....so I would sense he can afford a great cap....the .047s Sonicap Teflons only cost $18.40 each. He only needs four caps. Hardly a lot of money. That is the greatness of DIY is that you can use the worlds best parts and still not spend a lot....of course, a lot means $10 to some and $500 to others. Hey, I know people who spend $500@ for powercords....even more. I guess this is a long way of saying: not all DIYers are cheapskates....Heck, I realized long ago that if I wanted the best thing out there then I would have to build it myself. Building yourself can get you places you could never get to buying stock gear (including in the grave, if you are not carefull...he he).Happy New Year and Happy tweaking
