I don't like using 'isolation' as a general term - I talk about 'vibration control' simply because it isn't just a matter of 'isolation'. People misuse that term but that's no reason to keep misusing it.As for rollerballs and movement - movement is the issue. Even before the balls actually start to move visible, energy is being dissipated working against friction in the effort to start moving. If the amount of energy going into the system is small, then everything will be dissipated as friction in the attempt to move and movement will not occur.
