I don't know. I rent the apartment I live in. I wasn't responsible for the electrical installation.One thing I know though is that the fridge has its own breaker, as well as the dishwasher, window ACs and the audio system (intended for an AC - that's why I need an extension cord since this outlet is near a window about 10' away).
Is there any way to find out which side of the 240 the fridge is connected?
Although I've always been handy with basic household work, I never owned a home (that should change soon - hopefully). I was never involved in major installations.
