I have not been to HOLM yet but the 2 times I talked to them on the phone I flet like I was bothering them. Most of the time I have had good luck at UnitedAudio. Depending on who you talk to. The one thing I hate about United is that they feel that B&W are the only speakers in the world (although I did buy my Phase Techs form them). the libertyville store let me take severl speakers home to test.Now Tweeter is the worst. I have been there several times and not one of the "sales staff" have had a clue about what they are talking about. It always makes me upste when I know more about the products than the staff.
