I live 4 blocks from Audio Consultants. I haven't been in there in the last 5 years because I feel that they are some of the snottiest retailers(of ANY product) I've ever met in my life. I'm glad to hear that your experience is better. In case you're interested, I've found the owner of Synthesis Audio/Video(on Wells) to be extremely friendly and has wonderful prices, but he only carries Mission, PSB, and Monitor Audio speakers(oh yeah, Revox too).
Unfortunately, he smokes like a chimney, but he stops when I come into the store.
