When I want to burn interconnect cables, I usually select a pink noise track on YouTube (some of those are ten hours long), or a "speaker burn in track" (there are many) - then I just turn the power amps off (you can just turn off your integrated, the signal will still pass through the cable) and let it play overnight or when I'm at work. Alternatively you can use a tuner or any kind of playlist / streaming. Just don't use your CD player on repeat mode for hours and hours ^^
