I would give your cables at least another 10 hours of burn in and if you don't notice any improvement, they may not be for you. I have had 2 pairs of silver cables that didn't sound harsh and 2 others that did. However, they all were very revealing. Generally speaking, I have found copper cables to be less revealing and to have more body and warmth compared to silver.
Additionally, I have never had good results using a very revealing cable to connect a cd player or dac to my systems, but your preference may be different.
