The Audi acceleration story (which was out and out faked), AND the W. story that cost Dan Rather his job. I just left out the "AND."
On top of which, I've watched CBS and NBC network news casts and IMO even those are 40% bullshit. And they're supposed to be actual news, not newsiness like 60 Minutes.
