Ok. As I understand it most tube amps have input impedance of at least 100K Ohms. Aside from the Mcintosh solid state preamps any opinions on which SS or hybrid preamp. would be a good match for a Macintosh MC240? Does a solid state or hybrid Preamp exist with a higher output impedance that would be compatible?
