As shown the coil and resistor do nothing. They are across the amp output and add a unecessary load. Depending on the L value, the extra load at low frequencies could be excessive.A simple first order crossover has a C in series with the tweeter - which you have, and an L is series with the woofer.
Somehow there is a mistake in your drawing or the actual circuit.
are there really two sets of speaker terminals?
