That's certainly not an Altec 811. They never used screw on drivers for any of there pro horns. If the drivers are working ok, don't try taking them apart unless you know the procedure, it's very easy to damage them. Not going to help anyway if they sound good as is.
If you want real Altec parts figure on spending about 400 or more for 811 horns and drivers. Best drivers are either 802 (alnico magnet's) or 902 (ceramic magnet's).
If you find that you like the sound of horns than keep an eye out for a set of Altec Valencias or HeathKit AS101's, same as the Valencias but in much nicer cabinets. After that, there is a host of mods to make them even better.
I love my HeathKit AS101's, heavily modded, they beat out very expensive speakers in some upscale audio shops. Listening as I type, powered by a SE 2A3 tube amp. At about 3 watts they play fairly loud.
