I've not heard that they even do shows, and the price is over the top, and I haven't heard them for a decade. But at the time they were seriously good, and well matched to serious SETs. I heard the then-version of the Airscout. It would be a coup to show with these speakers!
Gordon, I know this is an improbable idea. But it's a serious, supportive suggestion if you can make it happen - these are a whole different league from the usual Altec and Lowthers. You would eat the lunches of almost everyone else!
(Guys, Gordon is a "competitor" but the SET world is so small we can't afford not to support each other. If Gordon makes a splash, all us SET guys will benefit. In case anyone wondered why a Bottlehead guy would help out Mr. Wavelength.)
