the amount of pushing or pulling force generated by voice coil when 1A current passes through it. For example, force factor of 6 means that 1A current generates a force of 6 Newtons, or about 1.5 lb. Force factor is a product of magnetic flux density in the gap (measured in Tesla, or T) and length of voice coil wire in meters (m), so it is measured in Tesla-meters (Tm). Force factor (Bl) is one of the Thiele-Small parameters.
