We do state on our "Letters" page that we make that assumption
unless informed otherwise in the email. When we are asked not to
publish an email _within the body of that email_, we do respect
that request. If I am subsequently requested not to publish it,
it's my judgment call whether to do or not. Similarly, we publish
names and email addresses unless requested otherwise, in which
cases we will respect that wish also.
