RE: Help please with low level noise problem with DAC 3.1

I use the 7119s in my L3 and the 5687s in my DAC. Primarily through extensive experimentation this is my preference.

Unfortunately, changing the tubes hasn't addressed the problem including using tube dampers. The frustrating part is that at one point it was working perfectly with no problems and great performance. I don't know what changed to "cause" this problem.

I am actively changing out parts to try and locate the culprit . . .by posting here I was hoping to find someone with similar experience or strategies beyond changing out components until I eventually discover the problem . . .which could be today or a month from now . . .:-(
