I believe you will enjoy your records very mucho with that set-up!
From what I learned until know,my advice would be to start with the speaker,a good speaker like that will work pretty good with most amplifiers,off-course extra well with kit 1.Next I would build the DAC,and last the kit 1.
Before starting on any of the kits just take some loose ends and practice soldering,experiment with temperature if you can regulate it.
