Not so long ago I ordered a PS Audio Direct Stream DAC direct from PS Audio. I was so certain this would be a big step up from my thirteen year old Cambridge Audio 841 C CD player that I asked Paul McGowan to autograph it for me, which he did in big letters on the bottom of the unit. Then I entered into comparison mode between it and my CD player. I could not discern any difference at all. So I asked for an RMA and returned it (at my expense). A few days after it was received, I receive a credit for the full price paid on my credit card. No problems of any sort other than going to the trouble of repacking and carrying to a Fed Ex office.
