"the next batch" you must be glutton for punishment :) before i started the project i was trying to think of a way to do this easily. What i came up with was using finishing nails at each end of a 2x4 and string the wires from the nail down the board to the corresponding nail tightly, then slipping the foam sticky side up under the wires and sliding the wires down the nail onto the foam. THIS DID NOT WORK! So i decided to use my son at one end and me at the other and use the nails as guides, again did not work! What worked the best was to lay the foam glue side up on a 2x4 and unroll the wire and straighten the wire the best you can then use the strings on the foam as a guide to lay the wire onto 8" at a time down the length. I left 6" of wire overhang on the ends to make connection.
