I was referring to the orientation of the drivers, either the OEM way with the mylar side of the speaker drivers out, and the other side, called the pole piece side facing the rear (away from the listener).Or the PG recommendation of flipping the panels 180 degrees, so that the mylar side faces away from the listener.
IMHO, it's all about what sounds best to you.
Speaking of felt, I picked up some 1/2 x 1/2 #F1 felt strips from McMaster-Carr to experiment with. Since my tweets are on the outside, I'm going to try laying the felt vertically down that side of the front frames, to see what good or bad results appear.
