for $75 I'm not complaining, and I've addressed the surge supression in other ways based on your suggestions. I'm still ahead of the game price wise.

How is the custom PE IV holding up? The new version is scaled back to fit inside a wall wart case.

I was able to verify what hot/neutral leads to the outlet receptacles were live and which were used to daisy chain to the next outlet. So I configured the outlet to allow the PE IV to be plugged in on the top receptacle.
Then I have my Exact Power EP-15A plugged into the other receptacle on the same outlet. This is giving me surge suppression and correcting the AC to output 120/60 continuously. I run the BPT PPC non-filtered power strip from an unfiltered outlet on the EP-15A. Then all my gear is plugged into the BPT.
Other PEs are scattered on other circuits in the apartment and everything seems to be nicely tuned at the moment.
