So I received the Belkin cables right before I left for the library today, and something doesn't seem quite right...
They are, indeed, model # AV50300-04, like the ones you recommended. They look the exact same, with the same plugs, jacket, everything.
However...
The packaging claims they are 99.99% OFHC copper, instead of 99.9997% PCOCC. Also, there is nothing mentioned about silver-bearing solder joints, nor does the packaging mention anywhere "Silver Series".
However, I've triple- and quadruple-checked, and these are the same model number as the ones that I was trying to buy.
Thoughts? :-/
I won't be able to listen to them until tonight, but I will write the seller right now, and hopefully they might have some info.

Follow Ups:
Well regardless... these cables are pretty darn good!
They seem to have a very close signature to what you said and what I've read elsewhere, but just a bit closed in. Almost quiet-like. They probably just need to burn-in for awhile, but tonally, they're already what I was looking for, so I'll probably just keep these (whatever they are)!
Thanks again for your help!
Cheers,
Chris

Less than a day later, I realize now that I would constantly be wondering, "What if the PCOCC is better?"
So I called Belkin, and they're going to swap out for the right ones, no charge! :o)
Very bizarre that the same model would have two different packages, with very different descriptions. Also, upon closer inspection, the barrel plugs are, indeed, different. No doubt: these are different cables... and my mind would not be able to relax without the assurance that I have the right ones!
I'm weird like that.
Cheers,
Chris

Belkin PureAV seems to indeed no longer feature PCOCC for the particular product. Belkin's web sites information has changed in recent weeks (see link below).
My guess is the cost of PCOCC single crystal copper has simply jumped too high for Belkin to continue using the material for the product to sell at a desired price point. You did a good thing to contact them in order to get the product you wanted, TopPop ;-)
About your previous comment about burn-in, the cable took at least the (somewhat usual) 400 hour mark before a more open sounding soundstage fully developed and for the previously mentioned treble smear to subside.
