Frank obviously needs to raise his prices to reduce demand so that the waiting list comes down.Funny thing is I really doubt it would have much effect below about $10k or so. You just have to look at the prices for DRCs recently - it today's bubble economy there's a lot of price inelasticity of demand at the ultra luxury end.
