i think Thom is awesome (again), and i think it is well worth noting that you got excellent, recent service from frank. i do wonder what happens to that support when frank's therapy ramps up again, but that is a risk of any one-man shop.one question i would have if i was in thom's queue for schroeder tonearms is why you, as a new customer, got to step into line ahead of other folks...and why didn't everyone else just get bumped forward/earlier delivery? that's sort of a rhetorical question, as i'm sure there's a valid response. (no need to comment on it.)
2005 RMAF was about 18 months ago, right? i've not heard anyone getting delivery since then. i'm sure it's happening, but i've heard the rate of production dramatically slowed (and totally dried up for at least a bit).
