Hi RyanI don't understand what your intention is with the item 4 in your list. If this capacitor is across the series output resistor the output stage would probably be more susceptible to oscillation. Most opamps don't work well driving cables because of the capacitive loading and use a resistor on the output to provide some isolation between the cable and feedback network. The capacitor would allow RF on cables to enter feedback network and can lead to oscillation or instability.
