Hi Eric,Okay,I am very un-familiar with your electrical system.I would like to point out that not all earth grounds are obviously visible. For instance;if you have two wires inside a metal conduit (common here in US) attached to a metal box in the wall, the metal conduit is the earth ground.Another case is a three wire system where the ground wire is attached to the BACK of the metal box where you can't see it (that's how my house is).If your house was built 30 to 80 years ago I'd look for one of these.
The JR filter was designed to work on a 117vac 60hz system with seperate hot, neutral, and ground. What is your system in The Netherlands?I know the surge supressor works by shunting spikes to ground.I suspect the rfi and emf filters might work on a similar principle, but I do not know this as a fact. Some parts values might have to be changed. There could be safety issues.
I STRONGLY suggest that you post a specific request for information to Jon Risch on this board,or drop him an email, before commencing your project.
Andy
