No not all outlet's are grounded, believe me this is very common in Holland. And there is no earth wire in the wall at those places and the metal box is not grounded.
But apart from the safety issue, is it also a sonic issue?BTW all... really all audio and video Equipment I have has standard only a two blade connector.
