I am regulating the whole circuit, this because it is from my understanding of the circuit the only possibility with the AKSA amplifier (to view the circuit : http://sound.westhost.com/project61.htm).Secondly, because when I regulate + RFI-filter the whole circuit, I come closest to simulate a battery driven amp, which is my final goal. The circuit I know have works very well (only plus minus 3mV of variation on my scope), but there is alway room for improvement (and I really like to experiment with these kind of things).
