Help on regulated power supply for poweramplifier

Hi

I have been expirimenting with a regulated power supply for my poweramps (AKSA). So far the result were very good, but I want to improve them even more (= faster, greater current capability, higher precision,...)

Does anyone know a site were a can find some regulated power supply designs ? I have been working with a zener as reference and a darlington transistor to disipate the higher voltage.

I know that there is the danger that the regulated power supply will "slow" the amp down, but when I use ultra fast transistor or mosfets, I can't imagine this will still be a problem. I heard severall battery powered amps, and the advantages of a very stable powersupply (with no RFI) are IMO very worthwhile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
