What do you have in mind when you say "isolated ground outlets"? Check your local code, and make sure you follow it - that might save you a lot of grief later.20A is fine, but finding a guy willing to work with 10 AWG may be hard.
How far from the circuit breaker is your room? If less than say 30', then just a 20A like is going to be fine, but if you are more like 100' away, then ask him to install a 100A subpanel in that room, and from that run few short 20A lines. That would cost you few extra bucks, but should pretty much eliminate much headache later - ground loops in particular.
