RE: Electronics people, what does this mean?

From what I've read and am interpreting, a resistor's stated value can change (drop) when dealing with high frequencies. I'm assuming better high frequency characteristics maintain a more linear resistance value into the higher ranges. But looks like this only happens in the mHz regions, considerably higher than kHz. Dare I say this should have no significant impact in any audio circuitry. What's going on up there? I don't know!
