Changing out an amp boards input cap value

I have a SS amp that has a "tad" too much upper end.I really like this amp but after about 30 minutes I start to get listening fatigue. I've tried all the cable and preamp change outs possible - it's the amp!

the input cap is a 10uf. Would changing that out to a 1uf "cut down" on some of the brightness the amp board is seeing?

The input cap is the only accessible. The bypass and output caps are out of reach without taking the entire amp apart.
