The jack for the right side was not isolated properly from the chassis...
So when I properly grounded the input to the PCB, and connected source to it.... I was shorting the channel...
Massive heat sinks, but this thing still tends to run hot (Class A baby!), so I added a fan. I plan on getting a thermal sensor for it, (hence the wires hanging out)...
Otherwise this amp really sounds great. VERY musical... about 5 watts of sweet class A...I got 2 x big 80,000uf/80V filter caps I rescued from a Nakamichi PA-7 that U.P.S. used as a football during shipping. The amp is dead quiet. No hiss/PS noise at all. Zero.
