Granted it's hard to tell from a photo, but...
On the R channel, the WHT wire from the GND terminal on the right PCB ends up on the HOT pin of the input RCA jack. This is opposite from the left channel.
Colors aside, the input wiring doesn't appear symmetrical end-to-end from jack to board for both channels.
