I got home from work late on Wednesday and didn't get a chance to do any testing. I did manage to hook my Fluke to the line and recorded the voltage overnight. All was good, it ranged from 237 to 245V. I saw only one flicker (about 11:00PM) all night. Last night there were no flickers again. It looks like tightening the neutral connection at the weather head on Monday did the trick.
If I saw flickering on Tuesday, it must have been only from "normal" power line variations. It's been quiet for two days now.
Thanks all for your help. Looks like the problem may be solved.
