I believe the SR QLS-6 is just a power strip with no passive filtering but it does have the Quantum Tunneled SR outlets.
Have you thought about replacing the outlets in the PW 116 and replacing the stock power cord? I would imaging an SR T2 or T3 PC and upgraded outlets on the 116, assuming it is still functioning properly, would be a good basic PC.The suggestion to go with Ayre's own Power Conditioner is a good option and is priced pretty reasonable.
Without stepping up to the true AC regenerators or Balanced power, basic passive AC filtering offers marginal improvements but there are some passive units that actually offer very good performance but these run in the $2-3K range. Of course, this has been my experience in my
system(s) and others may offer differing opinions and/or options
but the proof is in the pudding(listening).Cheers
