Are you talking PS audio type where you completely re-do the power from AC to DC to AC ?
Or some filters , or some balanced conditioner ?
Sounds like your existing conditioner needs a tune-up, new sockets, perhaps better power cord, clean existing connections.
I had No conditioner and I can tell you that I heard a significant difference from my my CDP when I connected a PS300 unit.
Like all things in life..... try it and see.
