This is a TMM arrangement. The D'Appolito arrangement has advantages but also distances the the 2 mids from each other which increases the lobing. Not mentioned but there is to be a full bass driver, so actually this would be a 3.5 way TMMW. I just wanted to keep the discussion simple.
