in my case where this has happened I've replaced the trace with hard wire [silver 0.2mm] you need to go back to a node or solder pad and extend the hard wire trace replacenment to the solder pad beyond the damaged trace..
its impossible in my experience to use the original trace if its lifted off the pcb ....unless its very slight then a dab of super glue can recover the situation.
