I hope Iam in the right forum. I am going to test a channel on a ss amp. I borrowed some equipment and I want to put a 1k signal into the amp and then trace the signal with an oscilloscope to where it stops. Do I need to put a resisters on the speaker out puts, since the amp will not be hooked up to any speakers? What size resitors would be ok? There is no indication of any burned out electronics that I can see.
