"any such thing" as-in questionable via scientific method?

My point would then be; just because a method is used within a field where measurable facts are vital does not mean that observable factors (although subjective) are no less acceptable as being valid (as it pertains to it's value within a given field).

What's considered as valid in audiophilia is what works based on experience. In this case, audible experience which is the entire point. If folks want to question what other's hear, that's their problem. No proof is needed. Don't like the cryo idea? Then don't do "it" or use "it". Simple. Just don't bash it before listening for oneself.

Again, the best tool in evaluating audio reproduction is the human ear, and if one needs more than that, well, they just ain't listening.
