I put in some transformers, taking the signal off the voltage out DAC on my cd player. Strange thing is after the player has been on for about a half an hour I get a hiss out of the right channel. It isn't loud, but it isn't on the left channel at all. I grounded the rcas to chasis ground. If I touch the Primary lead on the transformer of the offending channel the hiss stops which leads me to believe it's a ground issue, but why would it take time to develop and the transformers are grounded off the Secondary. lead. I also have buffers installed on the output, but I switched left and right to no avail. Any ideas?
