How big are those anyway?

That basic technique by the way isn't wholly unlike that used by Junji Kimura in the 47 Lab Gaincard which used double row screw terminals. The inside wiring was terminated with a spade lug which was then attached to one row inside the chassis and the speaker cables attached to the other row outside the chassis.


And for your high guage interconnects what about these (if you use PCB's)?:

Hmmm. Well, they're a bit big. And you gotta fuss with a screw... I dunno. Think I'll stick with the 0.025" square pins. :)
