It'll take you some time, but it thats your ply based variant, I doubt that you'll gain much.As noted, rope caulk on the motor housing will help some.
You could get a new top plate machined by frontpanel express or emachineshop, but benefits would be marginal to the damped top plate you have now.
One area that you could make substantial gains is modding that Rega arm - rewire, and the TWL tweak. I doubt you're hearing everything that the table is doing if the cabling is stock, and this could provide significant benefits...
