10,000 pF at 500 volts, part number 95-314, $0.75 each. Click on capacitors, then silver-mica, then scroll to the bottom of the page.I found some of these for $0.45 each at a local surplus store, but they are now sold out of them. Mouser wants about $9.50 each.
Use trial-and-error to find the best combination of locations for these caps. It may work out that all the places you mention show a benefit. Also try them on other circuits in other rooms. I found a lot of benefit placing them on the same outlets feeding the UPS devices for our computers.
If you don't hear a benefit in a particular location, take the cap out. There may well be some sort of interaction that harms the sound with future changes.
