Pete, Dave -
I’ve much to learn, so anything (conceptual or actual) is most appreciated. As advised, will try several types before deciding.I don’t want to take away from original post, but I’m having trouble envisioning a rack sitting on top of a sandbox.
Isn’t the connection (three spikes) between the floor and bottom of the sandbox redundant. If the top plate floats on the bed of sand and truly isolated, doesn't the sand stop stuff from reaching the top plate. If not, wouldn’t a bearing device instead of the spikes be more inline with how your shelves are configured?
I got more, but am too confused to ask!
