Thanks for the schematics. By "series of caps" I didn't mean "in-series", just some caps.I received the transformer and plugs from Digikey today. The xformer is made by Talema and I believe it to be of very good quality...especially only for $18!?.
Why did you say to install resistors after the transformer secondary? While the transformer is rated for 2.75A, isn't the PS only going to draw the current it needs? I could see a transformer rated for too little current being a problem, but I made sure to order a transformer rated for more current than the stock PS. Please correct me if I am wrong.
