I had an extra Rat Shack 273-104 so I figured I'd try it. I plugged it into a circuit with the PC I'm posting with now. On the same circuit there is a Toshiba 32" TV. This is circuit is in a different room than my big system.

The computer noise did not change, measured at 58 db at around a foot behind it (noisy old pentium 120) both with the tweak plugged in and not. The picture on the Toshiba was not effected. I did however notice my stout seemed colder, with a little larger head ;^0 when the tweak was plugged in.

My audio system that contains high quality horn speakers (108+ db efficient) recieved no audible benefit. The system is very revealing and very sensitive to noise. It is on it's own dedicated lines and the front end gear is plugged into an API. I heard no difference in noise, timbre or soundstage. Darn.

Sorry, but I am convinced there is no benefit to this tweak, other than perhaps psychological ones.
