RE: Issue with tube bias drift in my integrated amplifier!

Unfortunately I do not know what deviation results in what millivolt change. Th bias meter just has marks on it. I will have to buy one of those tube bias tester sockets and then check with a multimeter.

I bought this amp used but was in excellent condition as least cosmetically. Could dirt about the bias pots or the tube sockets cause this to happen? There is no noise from the amp through the speaker when nothing is playing at my listening volumes. I might get this amp serviced in that case.
